Advisory expertise across feasibility, standards, and governance — independent of execution.
Strategic Sports Infrastructure Advisory Services
Before Capital is Committed
We help governments, institutions, and private developers decide what to build, how much to build, and whether it should be built at all — before execution risk begins.
How We Work
By correcting decisions before they become irreversible
Most sports infrastructure projects fail long before construction begins — not due to execution errors, but because of flawed early decisions around demand, scale, standards, cost assumptions, and governance.
Once land is frozen, designs are approved, or capital is committed, these decisions become difficult or impossible to reverse. At that stage, risk is already locked in.
Our advisory model is designed to intervene at the decision stage — when options still exist and outcomes can still be shaped.
We operate strictly as an independent, consultant-only advisory.
We do not undertake EPC, construction, supply, or execution roles.
Where execution is required, it is delivered independently by third-party designers, contractors, and operators — ensuring all recommendations remain conflict-free, evidence-based, and owner-aligned.
Our Advisory Services
Our advisory frameworks are aligned with globally recognized sports infrastructure and performance standards, including those published by international governing bodies such as FIFA and World Athletics.
